The Philosophy and the Dichotomy - USP

To be the pillar the less fortunate can lean on and the voice that echoes that of those disenfranchised. Kweh-Kinte foundation is work in progress. It will exist for the sole mission of Righting Wrongs, grow talent and capabilities in the next generation and provide guidance and leadership to groups or classes of people.

Special focus will be on the boychild, thei upliftment with the key objective to balance the gender equilibrium. Other areas of focus include, Mentorship of Young proffessional, the societal uphevals such as, Educational opportunities, gender based violance, Climate change and the crumbling family unit.

Interventions proposed include:

  1. Ku-Wajibika – Hold those in authority and power to account.
  2. Coaching and Mentorship (Professional, Cultural, and Chronological transition)
  3. Civic Education (Widen Awareness for responsible Citizens)
  4. Education support (Material – Facilities, sponsorship and scholarships)
  5. Shared Services with larger communities (Kar Kweh Sanctuary)
  6. Social Outreach – Marriage, Divorce, Conflict Resolution
  7. Work Place and Life after work Preparedness
  8. Mental health,drugs and psychological wellness.
