Declared as one of the “Most Influential Black Leaders to watch” by the esteemed Exeleon Magazine (USA), Dr. Julian Rowa is the Founder of Dr. Julian Rowa Inc., a conglomerate that intervenes on a myriad of work place based problems. He dissects topical global and domestic issues generating and disseminating new knowledge in the process. He is affiliated to several organizations with a passion in Appraising and Evaluating Technology, Innovation and Start-Ups. He thrives in Leadership, Management, Academia, People and Youth Re-orientation and Development for their Self-Actualization.
Dr. Rowa is an ardent enthusiast of Block Chain Technology, Digital Assets and Artificial Intelligence. He is a holder of a Master of Business Administration degree from Oxford Brookes University (UK) and a Doctorate in Business Administration from University of Liverpool (UK). He has worked for leading organizations in the Financial Sector and International Development that include Barclays Bank (Kenya and Uganda), Stanbic Bank, Consolidated Bank and Equity Bank (Rwanda). He also served as Executive Director at Carolina for Kibera (headquartered in North Carolina USA).
Dr. Rowa is a Topical Issues Commentator and Writer in Social Media, Radio, Television and leading Journals. He is a respected Trainer, Speaker, Lecturer, Facilitator, Moderator and Team Builder in Corporates. He has served as a Jury Member in the Global Start Ups Awards Africa 2024, was declared Personality of the Week by the Nation Newspaper (Kenya) and Industry Marven by The Tax Prism journal, a spin-off of Kenya Revenue Authority where he was a resident writer. He is also an Engage – Kenya speaker. He has shared a platform with leading global Block Chain technocrats, Hon. Eugene Wamalwa (Former Minister Defense – Kenya Government) and Hon. Simon Chelugui (Former Minister of Labor, Kenya Government). Dr. Rowa has co-authored a book “Dear Son” in Botswana.
